Chef Tim Mitchell of Mangia Catering redefines pizza with an innovative recipe featuring Idaho® russet and red fingerling potatoes. The fingerlings, sliced to resemble pepperoni, create a striking visual, while the combination of crispy russets, a creamy cheese béchamel, and a hint of smoked paprika brings a rich, savory flavor. Finished with a sprinkle of rosemary and a drizzle of hot honey, this pizza is a perfect balance of tradition and creativity—an elevated take on everyone’s favorite comfort food.
